At the young age of 10 in Ocean City, Maryland, Curtis began developing a passion and interest in architecture and styling while offering input and ideas in helping design and create his family’s new home. This early exposure to real estate, identifying what key design and structural elements were critical in creating a place to be proud of, continues decades later as he masters his craft in the luxury market.

Growing up in the service industry, followed by many years in the marketing industry working with luxury brands creating and producing multi-million dollar experiential events, Curtis has a vast and unique knowledge of what is required to outshine, overdeliver, and far exceed all expectations within anything he chooses to be involved.

Curtis prides himself on his character, integrity, loyalty, and desire to provide each client the same level of care and attention as he would for his own family.
