Todd Gridley is a complete package in the world of luxury real estate – a rare combination of trusted expertise, tested experience and coast-to-coast sophistication. After selling homes for more than 20 years in Naples and other upscale Southwest Florida communities, he’s now expanding his reach into Las Vegas with a focus on luxury high-rise units and single family homes.

Todd’s journey follows an unconventional path, but one that’s shaped his drive and competitive spirit. The Michigan native learned how to windsurf in Austria and moved to Honolulu, where he competed in the world championships at just 20 years old with his brother Tom. While in Hawaii, he joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and later InterContinental Hotels, developing an appreciation of hospitality, luxury and VIP customer service in markets like New Orleans and Chicago.

That background provided the groundwork for a career in high-end real estate. Todd hit the ground running, turning his own home around for a profit and realizing he could use his personal experience and knowledge to help others. He joined William Raveis in Naples and quickly became a high-performing member of the team, recognized in the company’s Chairman’s Circle for meeting and exceeding professional goals.

Relatability and relationships are the keys to his success. Todd is an expert negotiator with round-the-clock availability and an engaging, informative rapport with both buyers and sellers. He’s excited to showcase those skills with Luxury Estates International (LEI) in Las Vegas, a market that reminds him of the dramatic growth he saw firsthand in Naples.

When not coordinating home sales, Todd is an avid skier with regular visits to the slopes of Mt. Charleston and Lake Tahoe. He also enjoys golf and taking in a show at the Smith Center.
